If you are referring to the British Medical Journal's attack on Dr Wakefield you should know that he demands retraction from BMJ after documents? prove innocence from allegations of vaccine autism data fraud. That vaccines can lead to autism was stated as fact by somrthing called US Federal Vaccine Court, in a process with 5000 children who's parents meant they got autism after recieving vaccinations.
